World Wide Technology Digital Technologist in St. Louis, United States

Professional Requirements

  • 8-10 years' experience in the technology field

  • Highly proficient in a variety of technologies vertically and horizontally. Being proficient in multiple stacks is preferred.

  • Exhibits superior communication skills, both oral and written; is clear, concise, sincere and persuasive. Is also a good listener and shows an interest in what others have to say.

  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts. Pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected. Able to mobilize and persuade others.

  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels to consistently meet/exceed planned objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage small internal staff and outsourced creative activities

  • Effective public speaking skills and presence.

  • Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time.

Organizational Relationships

Reports to Director of Digital Technology. Interfaces with Digital Technologists, Digital Strategists, WWT Creative Directors, and other team members to establish and implement technically sound, WWT practice integrated, transformative digital experiences.
