Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, cybersecurity or a technology related field required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in management consulting, relationship(client and internal) management, and solution strategy with proven leadership achievements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels.

• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.

• Deep knowledge and experience in consulting practices, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

• Strong business acumen, with extensive knowledge of various industries and market dynamics

• Experienced problem solver

• Demonstrated success in effective relationship management -building and maintaining

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Passionate about supporting people

Compliance/Framework Experience in one or more of the following:

• NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-30, ISO 27001/2, HIPPA, GDPR, FFIEC, CIS, COBIT, HITRUST, CSA CCM, AICPA SOC 2, Third Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management

Industry Experience – significant experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Public Sector, Mergers & Acquisitions
