World Wide Technology Cyber Resilience Security Director in St. Louis, United States
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, cybersecurity or a technology related field required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of 12 years of experience in management consulting, relationship(client and internal) management, and solution strategy with proven leadership achievements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
Deep knowledge and experience in consulting practices, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
Strong business acumen, with extensive knowledge of various industries and market dynamics
Experienced problem solver
Demonstrated success in effective relationship management -building and maintaining
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Passionate about supporting people
Compliance/Framework Experience in one or more of the following:
- NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-30, ISO 27001/2, HIPPA, GDPR, FFIEC, CIS, COBIT, HITRUST, CSA CCM, AICPA SOC 2, Third Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management
Industry Experience – significant experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Public Sector, Mergers & Acquisitions
