World Wide Technology Associate Solution Architect in St. Louis, United States

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Engagement:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives related to AI and data solutions.

Sales Enablement/Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell AI solutions, including training materials, product demos, and competitive insights.

  • Work closely with senior leadership, consultants, data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and OEM partners to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client expectations.

Documentation:

  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Design solutions and service offerings

  • Generate project support documentation, including procedural documents for implemented systems when scope requires

Customer Success:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in their AI journey.

  • Deliver strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills to ensure successful client projects & team performance.

Market Analysis/Continuous Learning:

  • Maintain required level of knowledge on company-offered solutions including the completion of assigned courses and relevant certification exams when applicable.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements within existing technologies

  • Conduct continual learning and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the AI solutions space. Use this information to inform strategy and product development.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and the sales team to continuously improve our offerings and sales strategies.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology sector, specifically related to AI, data analytics, or cloud services.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data management practices, and the current AI market landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic business relationships and close deals.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.

  • Experience in consulting or a technical pre-sales role focused on AI or data solutions.

  • Familiarity with assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, and common AI use cases for multiple industries.

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience working with software developers and data engineers.

  • Fluent understanding of Agile and/or ITIL

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail

  • Independent and self-motivated and very thorough worker

  • Troubleshooting skills (patience and determination to find and solve problems)
