World Wide Technology IT HR and Incentive Compensation Team Lead in St. Louis, Missouri

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning multiple Finance and HR stakeholder communities.  Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process.

  • Capable of communicating appropriate level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies

  • Ability to think creatively and recognize, develop, and encourage creativity in others.

  • Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean and Scrum principles and build it in others.

  • Strong understanding of either HR, incentive compensation or time and attendance business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.

  • Experience with ADP Vantage, Callidus, as well as custom software applications or equivalent systems experience is needed.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterpriselevel solutions

  • Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle

  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or a related technical field

  • Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.

  • Good project management skills

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Independent, self-motivated
